Paradise Biryani | Marathahalli — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Worst restaurant that I have ever been to in Bangalore. The expectation was huge as I have been to paradise in Hyderabad many times.

We were 5 in which 1 is Vegetarian.

Panner butter masala: We ordered and it was not fresh. The paneer is sticky and smelling bad where we shouted and cancelled it. Their response is, we prepare in our way and the taste depends on the one who eats. What an irresponsible answer that is.

Creamy chicken soup: After 10 mins of our order it was informed it is not available

Sweetcorn Chicken Soup: After 20 mins they bought starters and the soup did not arrive and told me that it would take 10 more mins. So it is cancelled.

Tandoori: We ordered full, taste is ok but it is very less quantity.

Garlic Chicken Kebab: It is very very less quantity and the cost is 400. Not justifying for the price.

Biriyani: We ordered Nizam Mutton Biriyani but we got a normal biriyani in which they told it has 4 pieces so it is same cost and nizam biriyani is not available. How dare they decide by themselves that we can eat as per their wish.

Chicken Biryani: Worst worst worst!

Dessert: Kubani Ka Meetha - I am telling you never ever try this dish here you will definitely will be in hospital the next day. One cup costs 145 and we wrongly ordered (4 for 5) as there is no other desserts available. We simply kept it in used plates as it is the worst item here.

If you are ready to spoil your health by paying your hard earned money, you can definitely go here. Otherwise say no always.

It's not just for us, there were only 10 people who were there in the restaurant and everybody was fighting with them for their useless...

I had been to other outlets of paradise in bangalore,and the biryani was tasty and fresh each time. However,I suggest everyone not to go to this branch/outlet at all. I am a genuine reviewer and I give review based on personal experience. There is an option to book food at your table through payatm scan and hence social distance norms are taken care( that's the only good thing we noticed,so giving 1star). We ordered two chicken biryanis and in each bite of the biryani we got stale rice( by stale I mean, the rice which is kept in open for hours and it turns hard).so basically it was a mix of some lefft over white basmati rice with left over biryani from their kitchen....and worst part is upon asking the waiter he said "mam biryani toh almost khatam ho gaya hai,sayad isliye upar ka rice hard ho gaya hai" . If this were the case,then paradise should not have accepted our order in the first place. I will never ever visit this place or any other paradise outlet.
